I have some serious front door envy when it comes to this house, or rather whole front garden envy. My front garden is in need of a much needed make over but we’re currently in the saving up phase while it looks shoddy and uninviting. This place has exactly the opposite vibe, all those beautiful green luscious plants inviting you to a vibrant front door, a gorgeous start to a house tour. This house is modern and retro as well as functional and colourful and fun. I’m going to share with you the bits I love most…
I’m going to say it again, the front garden, it’s simple yet very inviting
The pink cabinets in the kitchen
The terrazzo surfaces (my favourite! I love terrazzo so much I drew it (a lot!) here
The fun yellow surface tops especially on the breakfast area with the curved pedestals
The light-filled hallways
The wonderfully mid century modern railings
