MY VERDICT: I really enjoy Jon Ronson’s work, he comes at subjects with an open mind and an unprejudiced position, which is a sometimes rare and refreshing take on things. I feel this series is a) too short and b) much more deep and disturbing than I was ready for. These stories are heartbreakingly human and raw, the fact that one person’s decision, often doing what they believe to be the right thing, can lead to so much change and disruption for so many people is a part of culture and society that is sometimes hard to hear. However I would highly recommend this podcast, it’s another dose of informative and well-told journalism and narrative from the great Jon Ronson.
