JUST FINISHED WATCHING: CHIMP CRAZY (2024)

Former nurse-turned-exotic animal broker Tonia Haddix, spends her days caring for animals in captivity. However, her love for one chimpanzee in particular spins into a wild cat-and-mouse game with authorities and an animal rights group.

MY VERDICT: This show is well worth a watch. It is an interesting aspect of human nature that we enjoy to keep pets of undomesticated animals who should be out in the wild. How we like to try to cuddle animals because they look cuddly. There are lots of twist and turns in this story but with a pretty predicable end and a fascinating central figure.
