JUST FINISHED WATCHING: INSIDE MAN (2022)

A prisoner on death row in the US and a woman trapped in a cellar under an English vicarage, cross paths in the most unexpected way.

TRIVIA: The typewriter in Jefferson Grieff's prison cell is made by Swintec; the cabinet is a clear plastic to show any contraband. These are still being manufactured specifically for prison populations as of 2023.

All three of the main female characters (Dolly Wells, Lydia West and Lyndsey Marshal) appeared in Dracula (2020).

MY VERDICT: I really enjoyed this show. It started out strong and in a way that gives you a clear idea of who all the characters are. The story is an interesting one, full of dilemmas, the kind that are fun to think about what you would do in a given situation. I think in the end it ends up being a little far-fetched but is entertaining nevertheless. I am disappointed that they didn’t make this into an on-running series I think it would have been thoroughly watchable. Every single performance is great.
