INSPIRATION: INTERIORS: STAIRS

This blog post started as a post about stair runners. I think stair runners look fantastic and would love to have one in the future, My stairs are currently bare and in a bit of state so it would take a lot of work to do but I thought I’d do a little research into the cheapest and easiest ways to achieve this dream, for example is it better to paint the runner rather than have carpet, do you need stair rods, how do you make the stir runner turn a corner? All these questions, but you know me, for the most part I just like looking at pictures and then when I researched stairs, all these beautiful architectural marvels appeared, and I just couldn’t help but share them with you.
